2000 MY with 179,000 miles, $4000. A/C needs work, and it needs an O2 sensor. But clean title, and even the leather is in good shape! Merry Christmas to me. ^_^

You can’t really go wrong with any LS. They’re built to a higher standard than pretty much any other car. Buying anything other than one of these, as far as preowned high-end luxury goes, is kinda silly.

I’m actually considering hitting up a Toyota dealership and ordering Toyota badges. All of my friends who I’ve told (all non-jalops, naturally) about it immediately respond with, “A Lexus? Ooooooh, fancy!”

And I’m just like, “No, that’s not the point! I didn’t buy it for the badge -it’s just an old car with a real trunk that won’t break down!” But no one except Oppo ever believes me. -_-

Ah, my bad. Still new at this. I read through the owner’s manual tonight, and if I read it right, if I had the air suspension, I should have an additional toggle next to the shifter...but I do not. So, I assume no.

But whatever suspension I do have is pretty awesome. I left the highway and clawed my way through a ditch to get to the frontage road on I-35 tonight, and the big girl didn’t even bat an eyelash. My Miata would have laughed at me and given me a Charlie-Brown-esque, “Forget it, kid!” response.

yea man, your car is a refined beast of a car, i almost bought one, but i found a 99 Acura 3.5rl that was in better condition than the LSs i was looking at, at the time.
